Let's get started!!!

Requirements:- Anyone can start up a business. No college degree, huge bank balance, or corporate experience is necessary.
All you need is a great idea, the right systems, and the drive to see it through.

Blueprint to start an online or offline business in 2022

Step 1:- Refine your idea into a specific sub-niche category!!

Almost every business comes under these three big niche categories:-
1. Health
2. Wealth
3. Relations

First, you have to choose a big niche then dig down deep into the categories. Now come to what's in your mind. Sub categorize it to. Consider solving specific pain points and then go with them. For example:-

Let's say my category is relations:- I want to start an online consulting business - Now I'll go deeper into this big niche where I will find multiple sub-categories like - Parenting issues, child care, Couple issue, partner, divorce consultation, etc.

See most of the people will just pick any of these sub-niches and then they will stuck in competition and will lose the chance to stand out. Hence you always need to choose a sub-niche of the sub-niche - Like I am gonna choose - Toddler care consultation under child care and that's how I will be very clear about my targeted audience and the products related to it...

As a marketer and business coach, I will advise you to choose a sub-niche of sub-niche so that you can stand out and reach out to people who might be looking for your help. Later on, after running your business successfully, you can always expand your business with the main sub-niche.

Step 2:- Know your targeted audience and where they go to help.

What is the target audience?

Group of people that may buy your product & service In future for sure. People, who share the same interests and traits to be your customer. For example, if I'm selling toddler care products, my target audience would be new parents, under age 25 to 35, searching for child care information, joining baby care groups in FB and other social media platforms. So I know who my target audience is, and that's what you need to work upon.

The whole point of conducting target audience research is to understand typical consumer behavior, pain points, and relevant market trends in your chosen niche.

If you have a clear picture of your target audience in your mind then it would be so easy for you to create content just for them so that you can close more deals and more sales.

Bonus tips:- How to find your target audience? Who they are, What they want, and Where they go?

Step 3:- Online research to make sure your business gonna be a big success.

This is a sure way to determine how your potential startup might fit into the existing industry landscape. Try to find the answers to the following questions while doing market research:

1. What product or service is currently in demand in your given market?
2. What is the market size, or how many clients make up your target audience?
3. How many competitors share a similar concept to your business idea?
4. What is the price that customers are willing to pay for products and services in your market?
5. What’s the typical consumer engagement in your market? Did your competitors move online during the pandemic? Can you replicate their sales process or do it better?

Now the best way to conduct your research is to use:-

1. google searches/google trends under your niche
2. Go to answerthepublick.com   and look what your target audience is searching online.
3. Create an online survey to simply ask your audience what they want.
4. Spy on your competitor's internal activities like what they are doing to increase their sales - You can use the tool SpyFu for it.

Once you have all the data with you - make sure to take action according to that data and keep researching online about your business because the data you have now may change tomorrow. So always keep up with the new trend in your niche for more clarity and success.

Step 4:- Make your business plan on paper.

Once you have a clear vision about how your business going to be according to your target audience, and the demand of your product & service in the market along with the research data with you. It's time to write your business plan.

Many people question the purpose of creating a business plan. After all, if you already have a vision for your business, why write it down?

When you create a business plan, you describe every aspect of your business in a formal document. You put everything into words.

This helps put things into perspective and allows you to identify areas to streamline future processes.

Let me clarify: Your business plan doesn’t need to be 100 pages long. It only needs to be readable and include the main components. Such as:

1 . Pain points your business solves
2. An elevator pitch about what your business does
3. A list of your target audiences
4. An idealist of how you’ll promote your business (your marketing strategy)
5. The financial plan of how you’ll raise money to pay and how your business will make money
6. Financial documents

Do a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) of your business, too, to gain insights and identify ways to achieve your goals.

As the industry and market are always changing, you’ll find yourself revising your plan frequently. Periodic revisions and refinement of your business plan ensure that your business remains competitive in the long run.

Step 5:- Apply For business registration, brand name, and other legal things.

I always make sure to get the legal stuff out of the way early. This way, I don’t have to worry about anybody else taking my big idea, ending up in a bad partnership, or getting sued because of misinformation.

Determine your business structure first, as it’ll dictate the legal and tax requirements you will have to meet. Your options include sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability company (LLC), and corporation.

Or just take the advice of experts on all the legal stuff related to your business registration and tax stuff.

Step 6:- Build your unshakable team like avengers.

What’s the best way to scale your business and achieve all your organizational goals?
Have a good team.

One of the critical aspects of a growing business is delegating responsibilities to other people, whether a partner, employee or freelancer.

Don't do the mistake that 70% of business beginners do, they do everything all by themselves and that's when they just get started with their business and then when it doesn't work out for them. They get demotivated and spread demotivation to all other young and smart entrepreneurs to be.

Hire the best people who know stuff that you do not know. Experts who know how to launch your business and do marketing for your brand to reach more and more people to make more sales.

People how knows what works in your business website, how to create a great user experience for your customer when they visit your website.

People who knows how to deal ith customer queries so that they buy more from your business.

Always remember - the team is your ultimate strength.

Step 7:- Focus on branding and sales

Start by listening to your potential customers to know their wants, needs, likes, and dislikes. Next, learn the art of asking for a commitment without being too pushy. In other words, don’t force your customers into buying goods from you, or they won’t return.

Moreover, you have to prepare yourself for hearing “NO“ too. Sad, I know.

People listen to your elevator pitch despite having no intention to buy simply because they’re polite. If they don’t end up buying from you, don’t get disheartened.

Grow your customer base and put out advertisements to find an audience to fit your business. At this point, you’ll also have to figure out the right sales funnel and strategy to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.

Sales and marketing are critical to building a successful business. I want you to make sure that your sales & marketing team excels in the art of selling and growing your business.

Check out their marketing, sales, and copywriting skills, because that's going to be the backbone of your business.

Step 8:- Expand your business to the next level.

You must have a growth plan if you want to earn and scale your business. Luckily, there are about a million ways to grow your company.

I’d highly recommend utilizing the power of social media through an organic, influencer, and paid campaigns. Email marketing works equally well to create and nurture a dedicated customer base.

One of the key aspects of long-term growth is to have a dedicated customer base and reduce customer churn. All the efforts you put into nurturing your existing customers can be useful in the long run when they act as your repeat customers, ensuring revenue in the long run.

Know that you have each and every step clear in your head. I want you to get a pen and paper to start your work on from step 1 to step 8. Just to be more clear with your vision and don't get panic about starting out as every big business started small. You can just start it with yourself, in your room, and working and learning about each and every step.

Even if you make a small progression each day, on the 100th day - You will be far from where you are today.

Bonus tip and Bottom Line:- If you can make 1$, you can make Millions.
