I will talk about few major skills that required to be a successful entrepreneur but if you want to know that one skill, basically the "Master & Super skill" to be an entrepreneur, just jump to the conclusion at the end of this article. 

And if by any chance, You don't find the skills you might have in your mind that suites to be the best entrepreneur in this article, then those skills must be for those people who are the right fit for being part of entrepreneur's team member but not to be an entrepreneur.

1. Social Skills:-  The ability to interact with others effectively and respectfully. It's not any random skill that we are talking about here but It's like a superpower where you know how to interact with your competitors as well as haters in a way to earn yourself more respect. 
They say, Your energy makes the first impact even before your personality and that's what I am talking about here.

You need to be calm and compose with the mindset of interacting with people in the best possible way. 

Social skills will also help you with identifying potential mentors, partners, teams, individuals that will be an asset to your entrepreneurial ventures, as well as those who would be a liability. Social skills are a critical skill set to have.


2.The Ability to Identify and Solve Problems:-  This is also a critical skillset to have, and is an essential key component to establishing a healthy cash flow for any business. The more complex the problem and solution the more profitable its potential. Entrepreneurs make money recognizing problems and providing a solution. Amazon started by identifying a problem within the Blockbuster movie rental company, took advantage of that problem, provided an alternative solution to that problem, and became the business it is today. Had Blockbuster paid attention to its business and identified the problem for themselves and provided a solution that satisfied their customers Blockbuster would not be in the situation it now faces.

As an entrepreneur it is not important to “know-it-all,” it is more important to know who to ask for advice and how to listen to what is shared. In my opinion, there is only one thing more important than listening to wise mentorship and that is listening to consumers. Consumers, customers are what provide the lifeblood of every business, cash flow. If you don’t listen to consumers they may not purchase your product (goods or services).


4.Management skills:-  Management is by far one of the most important skills an entrepreneur must master in order to be successful in life as well as business. Without an understanding of management, individuals struggle through life and never achieve anything, at best they merely survive. In life, we manage time, resources, people, capital, expenses, income, etc. the same is true in business and as an entrepreneur management skills must constantly be improved upon.


5. Financial Literacy:-  Understanding the fundamentals of the financial tools that enable businesses to operate successfully helps entrepreneurs not only with formulating their overall strategy and balancing long-term investment with quarterly budgetary decisions, but also with staying on top of nitty-gritty details like customers who haven’t paid up, suppliers who have billed too much, or numbers that used to be black starting to slip into the red.

The ability to scale a business in a profitable and sustainable way requires financial literacy.
Financial literacy enables entrepreneurs to take responsibility for every dollar, euro or pound, and to maintain a sharp focus on costs and the simple measures of cash flow, all of which are critical in maximizing a small business’s chance of survival.

6. Innovative ability To Create something new:-  Any entrepreneur needs to be experienced in various aspects including environmental conditions, market research, competitive knowledge, the market price of products, location of services, human needs, customer psychology. The main and main quality of an entrepreneur is that he should have the skills and ideas to create something new. It is not possible to create anything without ideas.

So Idea is the first step in developing an entrepreneur as an 'entrepreneur'. You have to have innovative energy to implement the idea. And for that, you will need education, qualifications, experience, and skills.

All in all, as an entrepreneur, you need to have the innovative ability to set up any service or business.

For example, Introducing yourself in such a way that people buy what you are saying, Going to the bank and asking for a loan and selling your business to get the loan, Looking for a better and asking them to be part of your business, etc. 
Selling is the part of everything that you do to make people buy your sh*t. Whatever you saying, whatever you are convincing. It's all selling.

It's not what you do, makes you the most successful entrepreneur but it's what and how to sell what you do that makes you the most successful entrepreneur. 

KFC, Coca-cola, and XYZ companies have their secrete ingredient for their product but it's not what makes them successful businesses. It's the way they sell the business that makes them the most successful business around. 

So For your core business product or service, you can hire people but if you know how to sell your business to make money out it makes all the difference.
